To use, squeeze the cap and turn to open, then reclose tightly. For adults and children 6 years of age and older, use once a day after brushing your teeth with toothpaste. Swish 10 milliliters (10 ml mark on cap or 2 teaspoonfuls) for 1 minute between your teeth, then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse and wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking.
